So Many Plants!
We're a one stop shop for your summer patio pots and hanging baskets, for homegrown veggies and colourful annuals. We've also got hundreds of varieties of trees and shrubs in the nursery, and flowers and grasses in our perennial area.
Fun for the Whole Family!
We'll have some free face painting for the young and young at heart to enjoy while strolling through the flower-filled greenhouse.
When you arrive, just pick up a ticket for the next time slot and you won't even have to wait in line!

Ever wondered how we grow so many amazing annuals? Where do keep all those plants that we store all winter? Take a tour with us to get a behind the scenes look at our farm and greenhouses!

Starting Monday, May 5th we'll be open longer for our peak season hours: weekdays 9am - 8pm and weekends 9am - 5pm.
Absolutely! We love it when pets come to visit, as long as they are well behaved and you agree to help clean up after them should any accidents happen. Keep in mind that during late-April through May the greenhouse can get quite busy, and not all pets are comfortable with the foot traffic.
We have met so many amazing pets here, including many dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, lizards and even a pot bellied pig. Here at Heeman’s they will always get some love from people in the orange shirts.
Happy to say our greenhouses are nice and flat to ensure an easy and smooth ride! With nice wide aisles, there is room to turn around comfortably. We also have a wheelchair accessible washroom near the back of the main walkway. There are a couple parts of the farm, such as the Pick Your Own fields and the Display Hill, that are not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
All departments are currently open with a limited selection including annuals, veggies, the perennial and the nursery area! We're moving plants from our growing greenhouses, and receiving shipments daily as we get closer to May! May is always the busiest month at the greenhouse, but if you're looking for a quieter shopping experience we recommend first thing in the morning at 9am, or 4pm to 8pm on weekdays.
10am to 2pm are our busiest times every day.
