Heeman strawberries, hulled & quartered
2 cups
Sprite or 7-Up
1 cup
White rum (optional)
1/4 cup
Fresh lime juice

Fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
What’s better than a cool mojito on a hot summers day? A cool mojito flavoured with fresh strawberries! Combine the sweet taste of strawberries with the refreshing hit of mint. The ideal mix for summers on the patio, entertaining or relaxing with after a long day at work.
Step 1
Mix lime juice, strawberries and mint together in serving pitcher.
Step 2
Crush ingredients together with a muddler.
Step 3
Stir in the rum (optional) and Sprite or 7-Up.
Step 4
Pour mix into glasses with ice cubes and serve.
