1. Preheat oven 350°F. Grease 18 muffin cups.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in the butter until crumbly.
  3. Set aside ¾ cup of this mixture to be mixed with the cinnamon for topping.
  4. Sitr the milk, eggs and vanilla together, then add into the remaining flour mixture.
  5. Fold in the blueberries
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin liners and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture evenly over the muffin tops.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
