1. Divide the greens, cucumber slices, and red onion evenly between 2 plates. After halving the strawberries, place them on top of the greens, along with the blueberries and walnuts.
  2. In a small saucepan, reduce the balsamic vinegar over medium heat. When the volume has reduced to about 1/4 cup, switch heat off and pour the vinegar into a small bowl. This should only take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drizzle the salads with dressing, and garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately.
