Made with Heeman's berries - Strawberries, Raspberries or Blueberries

Egg Free Berry Skor Trifle
½ of a 15 inch round pan of Texas Sheet Cake (egg-free; see recipe below)

Chocolate mousse (prepared as dircted on box )
1 large tub
Cool whip

Crumbled Skor bars

Heeman's berries - Strawberries (washed, hulled and sliced), Raspberries or Blueberries
Texas Sheet Cake

500 ml
All purpose flour
2 cups
500 ml
White sugar
1 cup
250 ml
Butter
1 cup
250 ml
Water
½ cup
125 ml
Sour cream
¼ cup
63 ml
Cocoa
1 tbsp
15 ml
Baking soda
½ tbsp
8 ml
Salt

Step 1

Cut brownies/cake in to bite-sized squares and place half of them into a deep glass bowl.

Step 2

Make a full layer on top of the brownies/cake with chocolate mousse using about half.

Step 3

Follow with a layer of Cool Whip on top of the chocolate mousse.

Step 4

Add a layer of Heeman berries followed by a sprinkling on Skor crumbs.  Repeat all steps a second time decorating with strawberries, raspberries  or blueberries.

Step 5

Refrigerate.

Step 6

In a large sauce pan add butter water and cocoa and bring to a boil.

Step 7

Remove from heat after boil. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt and add to saucepan. Stir in sour cream.

Step 8

Pour into a greased 15 inch cookie sheet. Bake a 350°F for 20 minutes.
