Instructions:

  1. Remove crusts from the amount of bread slices that you wish to make wraps from and flatted crust with rolling pin.
  2. Spread a layer of prosciutto over bread wrap.  Follow with a layer of cheese, 3 asparagus spears that have already been partially cooked, in the middle lengthwise on wrap and sprinkle with herbs.
  3. Roll wrap around asparagus and brush top of wrap with olive oil and place in olive greased baking pan. Continue until you have the desired number of wraps required placed side by side in pan. Sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese over the top of the wraps.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until wraps begin to toast to a golden color. Serve hot.

Delicious with a main meal, especially for barbecue season or as a hors d’oeuvre when single spears are wrapped.
