Garlic is one of those crops that has a very clear and noticeable difference in flavour and quality from locally grown vs. imported. We source local garlic from the Brant County Garlic Farm and the quality is fantastic. Grown in SW Ontario, it has big flavour so often you can reduce how much you use (to get the same flavours in your dishes vs. imports) or turn up the flavour in your favourite meals!
