Part of our Single Varietal Series, this new cider features aa bittersharp apple variety called Kingston Black. Tom & Susan first fell in love with this variety when introduced to it on their honeymoon in New Zealand. Although these apples are difficult to grow in Ontario due to susceptibility to some common apple issues, Tom & Susan knew it had to be a part of the Heeman's Cider lineup one day. This variety was first documented in the 19th century in Somerset, England!
