Let’s do brunch! Heeman’s is excited to be hosting our 3rd annual Berry Brunch featuring some of the best local chefs & restaurants in London creating unique berry inspired a la carte brunch portions in a totally unique venue… our greenhouse!

We’ll move aside the plants to make room for cook stations plus tables and chairs under the flowers. Based on the smashing success of last years event, we’ve made some changes that will help make it even easier to get in and get eating!

When & Where & Who's Coming

  • August 12th at Heeman’s
  • Four seatings offered, reserve your preferred time.
    • 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am or 12:30pm
  • We have some of the best chefs and restaurants in London joining us including,
    • Craft Farmacy with Chef Andrew
    • Curley Brewing Co. with Kelsey and Nigel
    • Garlic’s of London with Chef Alexa
    • The In Home Chef with Chef Thomas
    • Reverie Restaurant with Chefs Brian Sua-an and Bryan Lavery
    • Marky’s Crepes with Milica and her team

How it Works

  • It’s simple, each person can reserve a time by purchasing a ‘passport’ to great food!
  • Passports are $20 each and include,
    • 4 food tickets, 1 drink (coffee, tea or berry drink), 1 quart of strawberries
  • Additional food tickets can be purchased online or at the event, $3.50 each
  • This is an a la carte style brunch, not a fixed menu brunch. There are many choices and you can pick the dishes you want to try!
  • You’ll be emailed your reservation with barcode. Print off your order email, bring it with you and we’ll ‘scan you in’ and get you your passport (and any extra tickets).
  • Redeem food tickets at a food station. Most dishes are just 1 ticket each.

This promises to once again be a fantastic day so text or call your friends, make your reservations and we’ll see you on the 12th! 🙂

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Will there be gluten free and vegan options?
A. Yes, there will be vegan and gluten free options (menus are still being confirmed)

Q. Is this a sit down brunch with bacon, eggs, toast and home fries?
A. No, this is not at all a sit down brunch. There are no servers, there are no assigned tables, there is no fixed menu for each person. This is like a tapas style meal, for brunch. Each chef is making dishes, some bigger, some smaller, all featuring strawberries in them. You can pick and choose what you want to eat based on your preference.

Q. What do I get for $20?
A. You will get 4 food tickets, so up to 4 portions, a drink and a quart of berries. It’s kinda like a brunch with tax and tip in for $15.50 plus a quart of berries. Not a bad deal if you ask us

Q. Can I still come on the 12th for berries or flowers and not for the brunch?
A. You betcha! Heeman’s will be open from 8am – 5pm for all your garden-y, fruit-y needs

Q. Can kids come?
A. Yes! This is a family friendly event.

Q. Do I need to buy my kid a passport? That’s a lot of money for one (small) person…
A. We do ask that you’re realistic about how much your child will eat. We take reservations so our food partners will have a set number to serve and know how much food to bring. You can just buy passports for adults and extra food tickets (available as an add-on) for your child to buy 1, 2 or 3 food portions.

Q. You didn’t post all the options, when will we know what is being served for brunch?
A. We’ve posted some of the menu items already on our website and as soon as the chefs confirm what they’re making we’ll add it. We’ll also ‘tease’ each dish on this event as the date gets closer.
