Cultivating Community for Over 60 Years
Here at Heeman’s, we believe that a community is like a plant; in order for it to thrive you must care for it and nurture it to help it grow. This amazing community in London and surrounding areas has supported us for over 60 years, and we are proud to contribute back into this community where possible through our donation request program.
The Heeman family recognizes there are needs across the community in a number of areas. We have a special connection with and focus on supporting causes that are centred around children’s wellbeing, food knowledge & security, and mental health in our immediate community.
Donation Guidelines & Info
- To help streamline the process, please submit your request online via the completed request form below. Direct emails or social media messages will not be accepted at this time.
- Donation requests are collected and reviewed once a month, so we recommend submitting your request with as much notice as possible (60 days is ideal).
- Heeman’s is only able to approve one request per organization per year.
- Any approved donation is expected to be picked up from Heeman’s. We are unable to deliver donations.
- We are unable to support golf tournaments, sports team sponsorships, school fundraisers or personal fundraising events such as ‘Stag & Does’ or charity event participation (walks, runs, etc.).
- We are a family run business, and will prioritize requests from organizations, causes and groups that have a direct connection to anyone in our family of Daymakers.
- Your organization, cause or group must directly support children, local food knowledge & security and/or mental health in our community.
We consider every request, however, due to the high volume we regret we cannot fulfill every request every time and we’ll only reply to approved donation requests. If your request was not granted, you can absolutely submit more than one request per year.
