Strawberries Protect Skin From Sun
New research out of Europe finds that strawberries can help protect skin from harmful UVA rays. The Toronto Sun reports and the image they decided to use is from our farm! You may recognize Lindsey, a past student in your dashing yellow Heeman shirt posing with out berries.
Heeman's Supports JLC Rooftop Garden
There's a new local garden growing in London, and it's in an unusual spot. Heeman's and the John Labatt Centre have teamed up on their first ever rooftop garden project. Executive Chef Kim Sutherland spoke with the London Free Press about the unique project.
