At Heeman's we pride ourselves on providing our customers with an experience that is second to none. Our staff are expert horticulturalist with a passion for plants and years of experience and we recognize many fellow enthusiasts may have specific needs. That's why we're committed to serving all our customers, especially those with disabilities.

In continuation of our committment to serving all persons we've developed a plan aimed at better serving our fellow garden and berry enthusiasts. As part of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, our staff has be specifically trained to help our visitors who may require assistance or unique service.

At Heeman's we welcome people with disabilities as well as their service animals, support persons and seek to accommodate assistive devices and alternative communication methods.
